If you're on the ranges tab and can't see data you're expecting, or if you're creating an offer and the ranges don't show in the compensation table, there may be a couple of reasons why:
Needed permissions update
- If you’re looking to find a job family group, level, and/or location that you currently do not have access to, please connect with your internal company admin so they can grant the access to your needed data.
Organization's ranges have been updated
- The ranges you're expecting may look different if there were updates made to the data. If the job details and values look unfamiliar, you may confirm the changes with your company admin or the Pequity support team.
