As a Company Admin, can I reroute an offer or change the approvers even if it's already in a pending state? 🤔
Yes, you can! If there are instances when an approver has to cover for another or a new approver needs to be added or removed, Company Admins have the ability to change the approval chain on the fly on an adhoc basis.
Here's how:
1. On the pending offer, scroll down towards the Approval Chain section and click on the edit pencil button.
2. Make the adjustments needed, and click Save and Update.
Note: If you need to add an approver, click on + Add an Approver and select from the dropdown. If you're looking to remove an approver from the chain, click on the trash bin icon on the right of the step to be removed.

💡Note: Changing the approval chain in this manner only changes the approval chain for the specific offer being modified. If you would like to change the approval chain for all offers meeting the same criteria, please refer to Creating and editing Approval Chains.
⛳️ Note: Changing the approval chain in this manner only persists for the current version of the offer. If a submitter needs to change any details (ie. the offer goes back to the draft state, then pending), the offer will route to the original approval chain and the modifications will need to be made by the company admin again.
