Employee CSV Upload
- Download the Pequity employee template here ⬇️
- Map your employee data to the template and ensure that all fields match what is in your company's Pequity account. Specifically Job Family Group, Job Family, Level, and Region/Location
Note: If these fields do not exist in Pequity but are provided in the census, the peer median and range comparison mapping on the People tab will not work appropriately. For example, if you provide a Job Family called "Software Engineering," but this does not exist as a Job Family in Pequity, the tool will not know which range to map the employee to.
- Open a ticket in Pequity Support and attach the spreadsheet with the updated employee data ⬆️
At Pequity, we strive to support HR teams with accurate and reliable data uploads. After receiving your data submission, the Pequity Support team helps to review and flag any errors in the data upload template provided to our team upon submission. 🕵🏻
Once the support team has resolved any open questions about the file, they will upload your data to a sandbox account. You will be required to approve the data in sandbox before the data is moved to your production account.
💭 Can we add or customize columns for the people tab?
Yes! Your People view is now able to include custom data fields and configurations. Contact Pequity Support to request updates around adding, removing, and renaming columns.
💭 Can I make edits for specific employees after a CSV upload?
Yes! You can edit employee details within the people tab by clicking on the employee name, making the needed updates, and the hitting Save.
