Ready to start planning? Modifying increase recommendations is simple and quick! 🙌🏻
After you've selected the group you would like to start planning for, scroll to the right to find the increase columns. Typically, the increase columns have values that look like the below.
- ⬇️ The bottom value is the increase recommendation based on your company's comp philosophy and logic.
- ⬆️ The top value is your input value that can be modified during planning. Usually this value is defaulted to the recommendation until it is manually modified through the planning process.
To make a modification, click on the top value in the cell of the desired column for a specific employee. A small modal will open where you can enter in a new value. Hit save once complete. If your company is using the budgeting feature, your projected spend will update accordingly.
🔁 Repeat this process for as many employees and elements as you wish!
