Our first line of defense is our Pequity Support team and Help Center. Starting in 2023, Pequity Support will work to provide an initial response to all support tickets within 24 hours.
Pequity Support does typically respond faster to help triage, troubleshoot, and walk through issues together. However, please be patient as our team works to respond to all issues in this time frame.
