Contact Pequity Support by opening a Support Ticket in 2 ways:
1. Open a Support Ticket in Pequity
Create a support ticket within the Pequity platform's help center anytime you have an issue or question. To access the Pequity Help Center click '? Help' on the left hand side.
Click 'Contact Support' to pull up an in-app Support Ticket prompt.
In the subject line, please include a brief description of the issue you are experiencing and in the body of the email provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including any error messages you may have received, or screenshots you would like to provide.
2. Email Pequity Support to create a ticket
You can also create a support ticket by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the subject line, please include a brief description of the issue you are experiencing and in the body of the email, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue. Including error messages and/or screenshots regarding the issue or question is also very helpful!
Once you've created a ticket, you'll receive an email response to your ticket from Pequity Support as soon as possible. Learn more about response times with Pequity Support here.
