A planner accidentally submitted before they were ready, and they need to make more changes. Can I reopen planning for them?

Short answer - yes! 👍
As a Pequity company admin, you will be able to reopen planning for planners if they need to make further changes after submitting/approving their recommendations. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Cycle Settings section of your Comp Cycle on the Admin dashboard
   
   
   
2. Click on the Groups tab of the Cycle Settings
   
   
   
3. Find the group or planner that submitted their recommendations by filtering the Status column to "Approved."
   
   
   • The Approved status means the planner of the associated group has formally submitted their recommendations by selecting the "approve all" button for that group when planning. This status means that the associate group/planner cannot make further edits to their group.
     
   • The Not approved status means the planner of the associated group has not submitted their recommendations, meaning they have not selected the "approve all" button for that group.
     
4. Once you have found the group that you would like to reopen planning for, click on the Approved status and a dropdown will appear. Toggle the group to Not approved, then hit save.
   

Great job! By toggling this group to "Not Approved," you have now reopened planning for the associated planners. They will be able to make edits to the employees in their group.
