1️⃣ Company Admin
Company Admins have access to everything in the Pequity tool. Specifically, for comp cycle, they are able to view all compensation cycles in their Pequity instance and all associated employees in those cycles.
Key behaviors company admins are able to action include:
- Edit nearly all employee data fields in the cycle, including job architecture influencing the ranges associated with a particular employee.
- See the holistic comp cycle budget and projected spend from the Admin Dashboard
- Reassign employees to different planning groups from the employee list view.
- Change planners & add additional planning partners in the Group view of the Cycle Settings.
- Turn waves or groups on & trigger emails to planners
- Turn waves or groups off
- End the compensation cycle entirely when all planning is complete
- Generate in-app reward letters following the close of the compensation cycle
2️⃣ Planner
Planners are determined at the cycle level, meaning that not every compensation cycle will have the same planners depending on the company's needs. Planners are assigned by company admins to Groups groups in the Cycle Settings. There can only be one planner per group. Employees are then matched to the relevant groups for planning purposes.
Key behaviors planners are able to action include:
- View all direct reports within their compensation cycle Group
- Modify increase amounts for employees in their compensation cycle Group
- "Approve All" recommendations when they are done with planning
3️⃣ Planning Partner
Planning partners are identical to planners with one key difference: they do not have the ability to "Approve All" recommendations for a group. This functionality is reserved for planners only. Also, unlike planners, multiple planning partners can be assigned to a group (they are not limited to one).
