Connect your HRIS to Pequity to pull the most up-to-date employee census data from your HRIS. This data is used for compensation cycles, people insights, peer medians, and pay reporting.

How it works

Transfer your HRIS employee census report with an authenticated and encrypted SFTP drop. Pequity pulls the most up-to-date employee census data from your HRIS via SFTP using Cyberduck.

Instructions

1. Download Cyberduck from this link.

2. Install Cyberduck on your local machine.

   1. For macOS, double click on the Cyberduck-x.x.x.xxxxx.zip file to extract it, and copy the Cyberduck application to your Applications folder.

   2. For Windows, double click on the *.exe file to run the installer.

3. Start the Cyberduck application, and click the + icon at the bottom left.
   

4. Change the provider from FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to Amazon S3.
   

5. Add the connection details:

   • Nickname: pequity-hris

   • Labels: HRIS Pequity

   • Server: s3.amazonaws.com

   • Port: 443

   • Access Key ID: use the credentials provided by your Success Manager

   • Secret Access Key: use the credentials provided by your Success Manager

   • Click More Options

   • Path: pequity-hris/folder name (confirm folder name with your Success Manager)
     
     

6. Close the window once you’re finished adding the connection details.
   
   

7. Double click on the pequity-hris connection bookmark.
   

    

8. You should see a hello-*.txt once you’re successfully logged in. Now, you can securely send files directly to Pequity.
